Founded in 1976 by Stanley Cox and his daughter, Cynthia Cox Olcott, our hospitality management company has built its reputation on a hands-on, results oriented management style, and an ability to “think out of the box” because we recognize one size does not fit all, especially in challenging times.
This approach is the reason we have contracted with a wide range of financial institutions, private investors and special servicers, including Citibank, LNR Partners, Chase Bank, Prudential Insurance, US. Department of the Treasury, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, CWSAMS, Milstein Properties, Doral Management and Winthrop Financial Advisors.
